I recently started buying high PR blogroll backlinks on fiverr.
I have noticed that most of the sites I am buying from are flash in the pan sites that probably wont be around for long. Lots of SEO guys have networks that can push pretty much any site to pr 3,4 or even 5 with in a matter of days if not hours. So if the links stick around, that is awesome, if not oh well at least I am getting a good bump in pr right now.
